Praise Jesus! Hallelujah!

This is my second time using Hardwood Floor Specialist. Paul and his crew are amazing; the quality of his work is superior. He brought my floors back to life and he is an absolute pro. From start to finish, they always arrived on time and competed the project in a timely matter. Paul and his team are truly the best of the best. The pricing was very reasonable.

House is 1910 mini queen Ann with original red oak floors. You can imagine 43 years of wear and tear on floors. From Gouges on floors caused from sliding furniture to stains from pets and scratches from riding toys from our kids and grandkids. I thought for sure we’d have to replace hard wood floors. We had 4 estimates. One wanted to replace large sections of floor and it was going to cost me an arm and leg , the other two were cheaper but were not going to rid the stains or gouges. My son-in-law said, “Call Paul”. Paul examined and studied our wood floor and told us he can save our floor. Paul was a little pricer than the last two estimates but was confident in removing pet stains. Paul is A true craftsman with old school techniques . Wife and I are 100% satisfied how beautiful the floors turned out and amazed with his talent. When you hire Paul , you get a craftsman with a conscience and he goes the extra mile to do a job he’s proud of and you’ll be proud of too. “ CALL PAUL”

Henry was very Helpful through the process, available and friendly. It is so Important to work with someone that is there to help solve problems. And the price was better even then Homedepo for a better floor:)

I found Paul while looking for some other quotes for replacing carpet with flooring after I ran into pricing issues with another company. Of the companies I contacted, he had great pricing and was very transparent and upfront about costs and potential factors that might affect the price such as condition of subfloor, etc. He gave me a range and wound up charging me on the lower end, which was appreciated. I had him put in Garrison engineered wood flooring in two bedrooms to try to match my existing wood floors in common areas along with a baseshoe to cover the gap between the floor and baseboard. He was able to keep the floor flush in one bedroom, and added a transition for the second because the subfloor had poured concrete and was higher than the landing. He and his guys were on time and did a fantastic job with install and I absolutely love how it turned out! Paul is very proud and passionate about his work and craftsmanship and it shows.

I had a wonderful experience with Hardwood Floor Specialist. My hardwood floor had sun, water and wear and tear damage in four different areas. Paul Lam inspected the damaged areas and provided me with a very reasonable price to conduct the repairs and restoration. The following day four specialists came to my house and started the restoration. It took a little over two days to complete the project. Hardwood Floor Specialist’s work is exceptional. They are true experts in the art of hardwood floor restoration. Please check out the before and after photos. In addition to my wood floor, Paul noticed that my stairway bannister was stripped of its staining in certain areas. Their stain expert, Alfredo, re-stained the bannister at no cost. It now looks brand new. I highly recommend Hardwood Floor Specialists. They are great! Special thanks to Paul, Alfredo and the entire team for their great work!

Found this contractor on Yelp - very responsive and was able to start within a week. Prices extremely competitive. Most other vendors quoted triple the price before seeing pictures. Their work was fast and well done. I had them replace a 3x3 foot area and it was beautifully done. I will use again!

After a previous job ruined my floor, Paul did an incredible job to refinish my floor. Paul provided a competitive price, and was clearly very professional with all the equipments that he brought. Even when the job turned out to be more difficult than expected, he was resourceful and ensured the job gets done right. He paid attention to details and holds his work to a high standard. If you are looking to have your floor refinished, Paul is the right man for the job!

I recently hired Paul at Hardwood Floor Specialist, and I couldn't be happier with both the experience and the final results. From the start, Paul was incredibly responsive and made the entire process easy. He was able to assess much of the project from a photo I sent, which saved time and gave me confidence that I was working with someone knowledgeable and experienced. One of the biggest challenges was a room that had been added onto the house years ago and had been left uneven. Paul and his team expertly ground and leveled the floor, creating the proper foundation before installing the new flooring. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were evident throughout the project. What really stood out was Paul's commitment to doing the job right. He and his crew went above and beyond to make sure everything met a high standard, and the communication throughout the project was excellent. The finished floors exceeded my expectations, and the entire experience was professional from start to finish. If you're looking for a flooring contractor who is responsive, skilled, honest, and truly takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Paul and the team at Hardwood Floor Specialist. Joshua Casey
