Joe and his crew were great . Unexpected death in the family left us needing his services. Very communicative. Very responsive. Did the job at budget at the price that was quoted. Compassionate during the process. He helped us.
We had JD, Michael and Rey help us clean out our mom’s home with decades of paperwork, clothes and trash. JD was so accommodating with our requests. Michael was a blast and super sweet. Ray was friendly and kind. I can’t think of a time when we have had such a great bunch of helpers. They’re hard working and work fast! I experienced a terrible event involving a deranged intruder, firearms, swat team throwing multiple CS canisters through 5 windows, and ultimately the police shooting the intruder on the walkway of my property. Fortunately no other parties were involved or harmed. Arriving the next morning, I encountered Ray from Harmony Environmental on his knees remediating blood on the walkway, quietly removing the evidence of this traumatic incident. My small bungalow was inundated with tear gas residual such that a gas mask was necessary to enter. After one unsuccessful attempt to remediate the problem with another company, I called Joe at Harmony, and he sent an amazing team (JD, Ray and Michael) to HEPA vacuum and cleanse the entire interior - every hard surface inside! They were amazing!!! Each one brought years of experience in this field to the table, and it was truly a Godsend because I thought I was going to have to demo my house! You will be so thankful that you chose Harmony, and I would gladly refer them to anyone who experiences an event worthy of a crime drama or similar! Thank you Joe, JD, Michael and Ray for alleviating the crisis that I had no idea how to address!

When I say Harmony Environmental is amazing at what they do, I mean it! From the first meet when JD came to evaluate and estimate, then him, Michael, and Ray coming for the 3 hottest days of the week, they were so nice and helpful. I was in a hording situation and they came in with no judgement and full of compassion for my home. They did all the heavy lifting, helped me sort through an endless amount of boxes, and cleaned each room when it was done. They were funny, engaging, and very respectful of myself, my family, and my things. JD and Raymond at Harmony Environmental Services did an incredible job. The house was in very rough condition, with heavy nicotine staining, years of neglected spaces in the kitchen, bathrooms, and theoughout. Dirty carpets, a stained fireplace hearth, and windows all desperately needed attention.
When they finished, the house honestly felt like a completely different place. I felt comfortable standing in the kitchen where before it had an unsanitary feeling. The house didn't have any chemical smell, or perfumey heavy cover up scents, it just felt healthier.
Their attention to detail, hard work, and professionalism exceeded my expectations. They were reliable, communicated well throughout the process, and clearly take pride in the quality of their work.
I highly recommend JD, Raymond, and the entire Harmony Environmental Services team. If you're looking for a company that can completely transform a neglected property, they are the people to call. Although this type of quality is not inexpensive I feel the price is more than justified in the quality, I will recommend this service to my clients for pre-listing cleanup.
