My best friend had us take a pole dancing class as part of his Bachelor party. The instructor Alexis (I think? Bad at remembering names, this was the night of the 20th) was super nice and patient in teaching our group and I would highly recommend taking a class here! Thank you again!

What a special place built around femininity in the heart of Orem. I've had the pleasure to take two different type of private group classes. And they were both amazing. Took pole dancing last night for Galentine's day, it was very affordable and the instructor was amazing. Highly recommend for a private girls night out.

I never ever would have tried pole fitness. At least if it wasn’t for my friend who impregnated my thoughts with the idea that it could be something fun to try. The instructor on pole 1.0 friendly Friday was fantastic at demos and explanation. Sure I asked her to show me each move maybe 20 times but her continued…
