Customers frequently praise the salon for its clean, welcoming atmosphere, professional staff, and accurate execution of requested cuts and color services. Many reviewers highlight the convenience of weekend appointments and reasonable pricing, noting that stylists listen carefully to client preferences. However, low-star reviews indicate a pattern of dissatisfaction regarding specific haircut lengths not matching instructions, hair damage from chemical treatments, and perceived pressure to purchase products.

Such a great salon! Lindsey has been doing my hair for years and always does the best color and cut. The salon is always clean, plenty of staff, and extremely courteous. They always do great working with my schedule to get me in and they also do some weekend appointments for those who work m-f which is always nice.

Been coming here for 3 years. Will never seen anyone for my curly needs but Celeste! Such a positive, clean atmosphere and such a great time, every time.

I had not been to a hair salon for almost a year and was looking for a change! Haley spent time to discuss what I was looking for, took her time with the correct color choices, and cut/ style. She did a great job! I just went back for re-touch and couldn’t have been more satisfies. I thoroughly recommend her.
Always the best!!
Best salon hands down! I would never go anywhere else!
As a girlie who has always felt like a fish out of water in salons and rarely went I can say that Ashley is THE BEST! From the moment I walked in, she was like a friend that I hadn't seen in a while! She listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. With other salons I walked out feeling defeated because they would talk me out of what I wanted because my hair is thin and she talked about how we could get the look I was going for. I absolutely love this salon!!!
I have met several of the staff at Harmony Salon and utilized their services. Every time has been a wonderful experience. Ashley Dabney is the very best!! 🤍
