Booking a spot was easy, folks were very nice and helpful. We chose a fenced in area. Very easy access. We didn’t stay long due to us getting a covered spot for free. I would 100% recommend this storage facility.

Thanks so much for the great review! We're glad everything was easy and that our team could help you get settled. We appreciate you choosing us, even if it was just for a short time. Thanks for recommending us!

We were looking for a place to park my RV. We took the children out while we were researching so that they would play in the Playground. And the man left the office yelling at us and treating us very badly. He was very rude and didn't answer us anything. We asked for a superior and he was more rude.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we understand that being approached by a staff member may have felt uncomfortable, it's important to clarify the circumstances for the sake of accuracy and fairness.
You entered our privately owned property without checking in at the office or making your presence or intentions known to our team. As part of our commitment to the privacy and security of the many guests who stay with us, our employees are trained-and instructed by me directly-to greet unannounced visitors and offer assistance. In this case, our employee followed his job description exactly as expected, and I commend him with a 5 star review for handling the situation professionally.
Once your purpose was understood, you were invited to complete our questionnaire for a long term stay and we were happy to provide you with the information you were seeking. A simple stop in the office upon arrival would have ensured a smoother and more welcoming experience.
We remain committed to providing a safe, respectful environment for all guests and visitors, and we wish you the best in your search for accommodations.

I've stored my 60s classic car at Harrisburg East for several years and really appreciate the quality of their site in taking care of my 58 yo girl and if I've ever needed anything they are always just a phone call away - even on Sunday's, which I've really appreciated. I've stored my girl many places over the years across several different states as I've moved for work and I must say Harrisburg East Self Storage would be my #1 because of their courtesy, professionalism and great customer service.

Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful feedback. It means a great deal to our team to know that your classic ’58 has felt safe and well cared for with us over the years. We understand how important a vehicle like that is, and we’re honored to be the place you trust most after storing her in so many locations across the country.
Our staff works hard to be available when our customers need us — even on a Sunday — so hearing that this has made a difference for you truly reinforces why we do what we do. Courtesy, professionalism, and dependable service are the standards we strive for every day.
We’re grateful to be your #1 choice and look forward to continuing to take great care of your girl for many years to come.

I have rented storage space from Harrisburg East Self Storage two different times over the last 10 years. I have had an excellent experience both times. Units are always clean and well maintained and Alissa and the staff are great to work with. I would highly recommend them for your storage needs.
