We booked online after emailing back and forth and the whole process was super easy from start to finish. You can get approximate quotes via email or even right on the website, and they send plenty of reminders and updates leading up to the appointment, even a day of notification letting you know your cleaner is on the way. Jerry arrived right on time and was incredibly polite and professional. He wore booties to protect the carpet and was able to quote me on a king headboard and our dining room chair seats that didn’t really have preset pricing online. In about 2 or so hours he cleaned 2 large rugs, a large sectional, dining room chair seats, and a king headboard. Pricing felt very reasonable compared to several other companies I had looked at, and everything looks great so far. The sectional especially looked brighter and the cushions felt more fluffed up afterward. We also had some bubbling in the rugs and the cleaning helped quite a bit with that. The only odd thing I noticed was a slight oily-type smell during cleaning and when walking into the house after leaving and coming back, but it dissipated and none of the actual furniture smells like that. There really isn’t much of a scent at all. I think I was expecting some kind of fresh fragrance, but this was also our first time having furniture professionally cleaned, so maybe that’s not even a thing. 😂 Overall, easy booking, great communication, fair pricing, and professional service. I’d definitely use Hart’s again and would recommend them.

Jerry was awesome! We had horrible stains on a white chair, and he worked for about 1.5 hours. The stains are almost invisible which is a surprise given how damaged the chair was. Very reasonable price and friendly, knowledgeable service. We had a remodel recently, and Jerry was by far the most diligent person who worked on the house. Thank you!

Third time using Hart's today and, as usual, it was fantastic! Rudy and the owner David both came out today to clean our carpet, instead of just Rudy, who is great, and it looks brand new! They were prompt extremely professional, and so very very nice! They are super reasonable & very quality oriented. Don't use anyone else!!! Really!! We were In the same business over 20 years so we ought to know.

David came and cleaned the carpets in March and he did a fabulous job! The previous owner had several cats and the carpets look and smell so clean afterwards. They still look good! I highly recommend them.
