Knowledgeable and very courteous. Explained what was needed for my repairs.
Marcus showed up within the window that they gave me. They texted when he was on his way. He was friendly and explained everything that he would do and took photos. He also made recommendations for ways to save money. I'm very happy with Hassler and will continue to use their service.
Water heater died Friday morning. Emergency fix and everything is functionsl again. So fast, so efficient, always go the extra mile.
