I had an outstanding experience at Havertys thanks to Tim and Cana. Tim was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process, always quick to respond, and kept me updated every step of the way. He made everything easy and was great at answering questions, which made me feel confident in my decisions.
Cana, the designer, was fantastic to work with. She did an amazing job bringing my vision together and helped create a space that feels both functional and stylish. Her eye for design and attention to detail made a huge difference.
The combination of Tim’s communication and product knowledge with Cana’s design expertise made this one of the best furniture-buying experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend asking for them if you’re shopping at Havertys!

We enjoyed our experience with Cana and Tim. Tim is so knowledgeable and attentive. His assistance made the shopping experience fun and less cumbersome. Design consultant Cana took measurements of our living room then created a future look of our home with one of the furniture options we were thinking of purchasing.
