I am yet to receive the report, but it was easy to get an appointment scheduled, and for a very good price. I shopped around. Alex showed up on time, with good attitude, worked hard for a couple of hours. It is much more complicated than i expected. They promised an expedited report due to my siyuation. I am very pleased.
Several Problems: 1. Once they are paid, they provide no feedback- ignoring repeated phone calls and text messages. 2. Their analysis is totally off. For example, a deep pile of dust throughout our house (see photo) was described as dandruff (epithelium). The dust was hard granular material- AND we don't have…
