Hawkins sent a tech to my house and quoted me a price on a heating system for my pool. I received a detailed explanation and I felt I was quoted a fair price. The following day two technicians arrived, Eddie and Isaac. Eddie gave me a detailed explanation of what was going to be done and took the time to answer all my questions. Once the heating system was installed, Eddie went through an informative session with me. Isaac then thoroughly explained how to operate the new digital/Wi-Fi pad connected to the unit. I was very satisfied with the finished project and the professionalism from all involved at Hawkins Service Company.

We had a great experience with Hawkins replacing out tankless water heater. They responded quickly and we have plenty of hot water now. We had a follow up visit with a Jordan Diaz who does plumbing. Jordan quickly noticed the reason we didn’t have cold water in the MBR was due to a second valve for that room was not turned back on. Everyone from the company was very friendly and professional.
