Hayes Window Restoration

The entire process was amazing - starting with a very detailed walk through and explanation of work to be done. Each of the teams sent out were very polite, professional and happy to answer questions. The craftsmanship is exceptional - the final result of both full restoration (6 windows) and spot glazing (11 windows) made them look brand new. Kudos to the in office and production team’s communication - they reached out multiple times on timing and desired outcome. The price of services are reasonable and certainly a higher value, in our opinion, in comparison to inserts which have a shorter shelf life. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Hayes Window Restoration. We like the look of our windows, but were tired of the way they operated. There were a few broken sash cords and they were generally difficult to open and close. Hayes did a general tune up, replaced all of the sash cords, lubricated the pulleys, installed weather stripping where needed, replaced a few cracked panes, and replaced a damaged rail on one window. The work was done beautifully, the technicians were great and very prompt. Also, the communication with Leah, their office manager was outstanding. Highly recommended.

Everyone I worked with was professional and competent, the process was smooth, and the end product was outstanding.

I recently had my 1940s windows reglazed after years of neglect. The team that came out was exceptionally friendly, efficient, and skilled. Super happy with the work that was done and I'll absolutely be calling Hayes for my next window project

Professional, efficient work - I am confident the work was done well. I will use Hayes again.

Hayes Windows did an amazing job breathing new life into the windows in my old home. I had exterior carpentry work, interior mechanical work and exterior glaze paint done. In total they worked on 14 windows in my 101 year old home. I was impressed by their attention to detail, craftsmanship and the pride they clearly take in their work. Thanks again, Hayes!

The team from Hayes repaired broken and non-functional windows, replaced and fixed rotting exterior wood, replaced scratched glass panels, and reglazed all affected windows on my 1921 home. For each window, they built custom-fit storm windows, painted them to match, and installed them. Having my windows restored and new storm windows installed was a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the initial visit through all the repairs and the storm window installation, everyone was easy to work with, clearly knew what they were doing, and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. If you have an older home and need window work done, don't replace them — contact Hayes.

Hayes did a full restoration of all sash windows in our "new to us" historic home. When we moved in, none of the windows were fully operational. Many had been painted shut (including painting the cords) or just couldn't be opened. But we loved the windows and truly wanted to save them and preserve the history of the windows and the home. Enter Hayes! It was about a 10 week project, but they were so great to work with every step of the way. From the kindness and professionalism of everyone who came through our house to the communication while the windows were off site, it was a great experience. Now we have our windows back and they did such a great job!! We are so happy to have these windows looking brand old/new and working great. It was absolutely worth the time and investment. I know we will be able to enjoy our windows for all the years to come!

We've hired Hayes Window Restoration twice for a total of 6 full restoration windows. Their work is exceptional. Our house was built in 1907 and the windows are part of its charm. We didn't want to change the character of the house and restoration with Hayes, while not inexpensive, was truly the best option. It's worth asking for a consultation. We're glad we did!

Had a great experience with Hayes Windows! The truly understand older home windows and repaired five (5) windows with broken sash cords and one cracked pane. They are great communicators with schedules and estimates. Also gave me input on a future job involving French windows. Don't hesitate to call Hayes.
