Customers frequently cite punctual delivery, clear communication, and competitive pricing as key benefits of renting construction equipment like lifts and skid steers from this agency. Staff are described as responsive to last-minute requests, often providing brief equipment tutorials upon arrival. The primary criticism involves receiving older machinery in poor condition, specifically noting worn tires and slow hydraulic performance, alongside a lack of response to photos sent regarding equipment condition.

From the jump this team was helpful from providing a list of equipment, to recommending one for the job I was working on. They communicated confirmations for reservations and provided an accurate drop off time. Delivery was on time and the driver was able to provide a brief tutorial of the equipment. When it was time, I just called them to pick up the unit and they came promptly.
Great service and great prices ! Extremely easy to communicate and schedule with . No hassle delivery and pickups. Will rent from again
Valery courteous, friendly and helpful. very quick response. Then quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Honest and very reasonable. Much better than any other scissor lift repairs I've had done in the past.its an honor to recommend
