The services and coaching at Healing 4 Purpose was outstanding! It has taken me over 10 years to finally open up to counseling therapy and after completing my season, I wish I would have done it much sooner. The results I received are amazing. I started out confused and depressed. I had anxiety, and no direction or purpose for my life. At the conclusion of a 10 week program, that was specifically designed for me from my first consultation, I can conclude that I was a different person. No more anxiety, depression, fear and feeling lost. I now had released all past trauma in my life. I let go and forgave people from my past. The past was no longer haunting me. I can now focus on my life and what's in store going forward. I'm aware that everyone may have different results. No two people are alike, but my testimony is a true example of what could be for someone who my question if therapy, counseling, or having a life coach really helps. I'm here to tell any and everyone that it absolutely does help and the programs with Coach Ronnie & Resha are excellent! I have tried others in my past only to fall short and not complete the program. The choices of service and the coaching at Healing 4 Purpose will not disappoint!

So I google anger management near me, the first thing popped up was Healing 4 Purpose. I gave them a call and explained what I was going thru, it wasn't that I was angry just feel like I wasn't being heard, and needing to find out where am I going wrong. Coach Resha explained her program and I told her I need it all. I did the emotional detox and micro current neurofeedback. I've been in counseling off and on over 30 years, and what I've experienced with Coach Resha was resolved in 11 sessions. That subconscious mind is something else just be confused and holding trauma. I'm going around saying I'm ok, it's fine, and all along just stuck. On my second visit, if I tell you it was THE MOST relaxing session I've experience actually I felt guilty because I'm was going to sleep and didn't want her to think I wasn't paying attention but it was ok , because I was suppose to be relaxed. Each week, I notice improvement. I was shocked at how different I became afterwards. Everytime my name was called by family members or friends, I would tense up. I knew they wanted me to do something for them. I tell you now it doesn't bother me and finding my self laughing and calm through an argument. I'm so happy I completed all sessions and know where to come if I ever have a setback. Thank you so much Coach Resha for unlocking 🔑 years and years of trauma and helping me move forward.

I was extremely nervous going into the session and unsure if I would even be able to discuss or process some of my past and recent trauma since many of the experiences happened years ago. Dr. Ronny immediately helped create a calming environment by guiding me through relaxation exercises that helped me feel more comfortable and grounded. As the session progressed, I realized it was not a traditional “talk” session, which actually helped me focus more on processing and releasing emotions connected to different traumatic experiences. Some parts of the session were difficult, and I was surprised by how strongly my body reacted during certain moments. However, Dr. Ronny guided me through each step with patience, professionalism, and care. By the end of the session, I felt a genuine sense of relief and emotional release from pain and hurt that I did not fully realize was still affecting my everyday life. I am truly grateful for Dr. Ronny’s guidance and expertise throughout the process. I would highly recommend giving Dr. Ronny a call if you are looking for help understanding and working through unspoken trauma that may still be affecting your life in ways you may not even realize.

They provided Microcurrent Neurofeedback for me to address depression, anxiety, and PTSD night terrors. It has helped me substantially in managing my daily symptoms and nightmares. They are also wonderful caring people who truly want to help.
