Healing Spa holds a 4.8 rating from 327 reviews, with the owner responding to all feedback. Customers frequently cite affordable pricing, clean facilities, and effective hot stone or couples massages that provide deep relaxation. However, some low-star reviews highlight issues with communication barriers, inconsistent pressure control, and instances where therapists failed to adjust intensity or ended sessions prematurely due to scheduling conflicts.

Wonderful massage and great value. I booked online easily for same day. It was clean, timely, and just what I needed. The massage therapist used hot stones that felt incredible and massage techniques I haven’t experienced before, intuitively targeting where I needed it most through her expertise. Best massage for those who prefer just bodywork without additional talking. It’s to the point and professional.

We had an amazing couples massage! I requested the soft pressure, while my husband got the hard one, and both of us were absolutely happy with our experience. Mei and Lily are the best! They were so attentive, professional, and made us feel completely relaxed. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend them, and we will definitely be back!

I have been regularly going to Lily! I’ve tried a lot of different masseuses since I regularly have shoulder and back pain, and I can confidently say she is one of the best<br>! She’s the sweetest lady. I always feel so comfortable and relaxed during my sessions with her. I highly recommend this place!
