My first time there and Claire and Miriam really took the time to listen and help me leave feeling relaxed and pampered. Already booked an appointment for my husband to get a massage!

I’ve had two session here at Healing Water Med Spa, and each time I leave feeling refreshed, both physically and mentally. I always look forward to my visits. I got a wonderful facial the first time from Miriam, and then she did LED (lymphatic enhancement therapy) on my scalp. It helps promote hair growth which is what I NEED. The atmosphere is a huge plus, but what really makes this spa stand out is the customer service. Miriam is very welcoming & also has a way of connecting to people. She is knowledgeable & informs you about the service, while also making you feel comfortable. 10/10, would def come back (already booked my next appt hehe)

when I tell you that Lisa is the best she is THE best! I have been seeing her almost from the beginning of coming to healing waters and she is so comforting and sweet and easy to talk to. I got my lash lift done by her today and I truly thought they were fake lashes the results are AMAZING! I will continue to come here with Lisa and get my services done by her!

I have been getting professional massages for a couple years now and was even spoiled by an amazing massage therapist in Chicago. After moving to Texas and trying out different massage places, this one is hands down my favorite! Clare and the staff are absolutely amazing. The space of the spa feels so cozy and relaxing. The hospitality is unmatched. This has become my new happy place and even got my mom to come get a deep tissue massage and she wouldn’t stop raving about it for a week straight ! Let them know I sent you if you decide to try them out :)

My experience at Healing Waters Med Spa was, without question, one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. I came in for laser hair removal and trusted the staff to provide a safe and professional treatment. Instead, I was severely burned during my session, leaving me with significant burns to my Brazilian area and stomach. The physical pain was unbearable, and I have been left with permanent scarring in one of the most intimate parts of my body. Afterward, I learned that the spa was not actively licensed at the time of my visit. That discovery only added to my disappointment and concern. There was complete negligence in the service provided, lack of accountability, and no effort to meaningfully address or rectify what happened. No one should have to endure the pain and emotional distress that I experienced. The physical and emotional scars from this incident will stay with me for the rest of my life. My hope is that Healing Waters Med Spa takes this seriously by ensuring that laser hair removal is performed only by properly licensed and qualified professionals who have the education and experience to safely treat different skin tones, skin types, hair colors, and hair textures. These factors are critical to providing safe and effective laser treatments. **** I see that your response states this occurred at a different location under a different business name. I understand your desire to distance your current business from the incident, but regardless of which business name was being used at the time, this was still the same med spa. If you look at the photo on the “About” page of your business website right now, the physical location clearly displays both business names on the signage. (see attached photo) I also have extensive documentation proving that I was a client there, regardless of whether you still have my records on file. Given that this service is no longer offered, I have reason to believe the incident may have contributed to the decision to discontinue it. Being dismissed based on the business name that was being used at the time when that business name is on your current website is odd.

I came in feeling tensed and left feeling very relaxed. I had several of their service and I can truly say, it has been amazing. The associates is very kind. I definitely will be coming back. Thanks.

My mother in law and husband booked me a massage, facial, and foot rub for my birthday and both ladies I saw were absolutely amazing. I worked at a spa many years ago and have been to corporate spas but NOTHING compares to the services I had done today. These ladies did it right and will absolutely be back in a few weeks. Hands down recommend them to anyone and everyone I know for their services.

Clare is amazing! I have always had a hard time truly relaxing while getting a massage but not this time!!! I literally teared up a time or two with just so much tension and stress relief! Pressure was on point!! I will 100% go back. I will also be trying their other services as well!
