I started my journey with HNS, Georgina, one year ago. At the time I simply wanted to lose 10 pounds. After talking with Georgina, and reading all the documents about nutrition that she gave me, I came to understand weight loss is not just about losing pounds, it’s about losing fat, but maintaining muscle. At the time I had fatty liver. My liver levels decreased from 60 to 19 and I no longer have fatty liver and I have lost 43 pounds! Additionally, my visceral fat went from level 20 to 8. I gone from a size 8/10 to 4. I have learned so much on this journey and highly recommend working with Georgina in your weight loss journey.

I have worked with Georgina for the past 8 months after experiencing, what was later diagnosed as, a diverticulitis flare. Since I was unable to book an appointment with a physician for 6-8 months, I sought out a nutritionist to help me figure out what in the world I could eat.
After my first consultation, I felt assured that with proper eating habits I would be able to stave off future flares and, I felt like I had someone in my corner who knew what she was doing and who really cared for my wellbeing.
It has not been easy changing my life to revolve around nutrition but the results have been magnificent. With empathy, kindness and structure, Georgina has literally changed my life for the better. It has been an incredible journey for me (though difficult at times) and Georgina has been the guiding light leading the way to a more healthy and happy me! I am so grateful to have had this experience with Georgina and, believe me, you will too.

I’ve been attending health & nutrition solutions for over a year. I think working with Georgina is life changing for me. It’s not just about nutrition, she’s teaching me to look at things from different perspectives. How my problems with food not only have to do with what I eat but also with how I feel emotionally! She’s teaching me if I control my emotions I can easily control my hunger! She’s understands me culturally which is very important to me. I get counseling from her as well as nutritional counseling. The counseling I get from her is much different than what I’ve got from counselors because she listens and use examples from her own life to help me understand. Her life teachings are great! I would recommend her to anybody that is having trouble with eating as well as mental health! It’s been a long journey but I see the changes that are happening with in me for the better!
