Shannon was extremely professional with me from our beginning phone conversations up to the two hour meeting in her office. I’ve never really understood the insurance industry because no one had the time to really explain it to me. I hate to say it but we always bought insurance because they sold us on it and thank God nothing tragic happened because we never really had good insurance. I met Shannon at her office where she spent a few hours with me and explain to me everything that I should’ve known for many years. What I walked away with is that she is not just selling me insurance like so many try to do. Shannon tries to build a relationship and she customized a plan for me that I understood extremely well. A plan that I can go to sleep at night not worrying if any major medical happens to me or my family. I’m happy to have met her and will be referring her to many of my friends.
