I'm glad I found this gym on my way, just spent two days in Cocoa Beach in my holidays and needed a nice place for my workout. You will find most of the machines you need for a complete workout l, everything well maintained, very clean. Really good place for legs, good variety that.

I’ve been to gyms all over the country, and this one was easily one of my favorites, great vibe, great owners and staff, everything you need. Owner is super knowledgeable and loves helping anyway he can. Thank you HEF!!!

Poor communication. Inquired about the gym Friday 7am with a phone call and text, didn’t hear back until 6:30pm that I can come into the gym Monday-Friday until 7pm. Would’ve been nice to know that sooner so I could be all set up for the weekend.

Bad membership contract. On monthly plan, if you cancel on March 15th, they still will charge you for all of April. No other subscription service people use does this.
Bad membership contract. Sad.
I will change my rating when this is fixed.
This is, without question, the dirtiest and most poorly maintained gym I have ever used.
The facility is in serious need of maintenance. The weights are visibly rusty, there are holes and damage throughout the walls, and much of the equipment is outdated and poorly maintained.
BEWARE: the condition of the facility can actually affect your clothing. There is enough dirt, grime, rust, and general deterioration that I have had clothing ruined simply from using the equipment.
The level of cleanliness and maintenance is concerning enough that I found myself questioning whether the facility is being cleaned and maintained to even basic sanitary standards.
What is particularly disappointing is that these issues do not appear to be isolated or temporary. They reflect a broader lack of cleanliness, upkeep, and investment in the facility.
The owner’s demeanor has also contributed to an unpleasant overall experience.
Honestly, the only people I could recommend this gym to are individuals who have recently been unhoused or released from incarceration and are already accustomed to considerably worse conditions.

Hi Kodie. I am reaching out on here because I am not sure if you are receiving the messages that the system sent. Several messages were sent by the app and I reached out personally about 30 minutes after you inquired
I was asking what location you were interested in since you messaged reached both locations we have.
After you responded with "bruh" I reached out again with "excuse me" trying to figure out which location you would like to visit.
Our website states our staffed hours, as well as the app messages that were sent out.
We are staffed Monday through Friday 8am to 7pm.
If you need me to stay longer or come in a bit earlier,I am more than happy to accommodate that.
Again, unsure if you are getting any of the messages.
We'd love to have you come in and show you around the club!

What really stood out to me was the customer service. Dereck, who is based out of the Titusville location, went out of his way early this morning to meet me and help get my account set up even though he didn’t have to. That level of professionalism and customer service made a great first impression and says a lot about the people running this gym.
If you’re looking for a gym around the Cocoa Beach area with quality equipment, a welcoming environment, and staff who truly care, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out. Looking forward to training here. 💪
