Reviewers frequently praise the hospital for its holistic approach, gentle handling of anxious pets, and detailed communication during extended appointments. Services include acupuncture, rehabilitation, and grooming, with customers noting the facility is clean and easy to find. A recurring criticism involves the lack of emergency care capabilities and high pricing, with some patients reporting unexpected costs or difficulties obtaining specific travel documentation.

Healthy Pets is a wonderful place to take your dear dog for vet attention! Everyone who works here is a great professional and always gentle and caring with my dog!
I’ve been taking my dog to Dr Adam for a couple of years now, he’s by far my favorite vet and I’ve tried several. I also LOVE Andrew at the front office. Their appointments are set up in 15 min increments I believe so you pay for the times used, it’s amazing (I used to pay the same amount for an average appt of 7 min w/o much info at all). I typically spend 30 min and Dr Adam is a wealth of knowledge so I love picking his brain. He shares about home cooking/bone broth, massage techniques, supplements, home teeth cleaning etc. My dog Lily loves him bc at the same time as he teaches me something new he massages her. He’s so lovely and so extremely helpful with minimal interventions. He never pushes unnecessary procedures which I love. He usually has very basic, straightforward solutions, many which haven’t costed me a dime. He’s a partner in health and one of the few good ones left. Bless his heart.
I can’t say enough kind things about Dr. Sam. My Dog has a lot of anxiety around going to the vet. She was so flexible and gentle with my dog. We had such a great experience and I just feel so grateful!
So warm and welcoming. The staff are all wonderful!
I’ve taken all my dogs there, I love the care and honest concern they have! It’s genuine! Like they love your baby as much as you! Great staff to, I can’t say enough good things about them!!!
I bring Emma, my 14 year old lab cattle mix for acupuncture and for treatment for her chronic acid reflux. Dr. Adam and the rest of the staff are wonderful. Highly recommend!
I have been taking my dog here for years and I can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Adams and Alex who always helps us with appointments, invoices, knowledgeable about insurance and procedures & keeps things organized and is so professional and nice everytime we walk in. She always makes sure to update us and thinks through everything so that we have a seamless process in and out each time and makes coming here so pleasant! Both Alex and Dr Adams are always so kind, thoughtful and help me with getting my GSD the best care he can. Before this I went to a few others places who gave me cookie cutter treatments for an issue he kept having and didn’t seem to care but Dr Adam’s has completely changed my dog for the better. He has an ability to thoughtfully Diagnose and treat your dog in ways that other vets are unable to do using his expertise and common sense. He looks at the big picture and is the place to go for when you are tired of going to someone without results. Thank you so much Alex and Dr Adam’s for everything over the years!
Don’t plan on any urgent or emergency services here, even if you have been a customer for 20plus years. They are also hideously expensive
We are sorry we could not meet your immediate need for care Mr. Burdulis. Our services are generally by appointment only, making it difficult to accommodate same day urgent cases. We do our best to provide care to as many patients we can any given day, though, we have to be careful to not overbook as that only takes away from the quality of care we can provide to our scheduled appointments. We keep a list of urgent care facilities on our website should you ever find yourself in a similar situation. https://sfhealthypets.com/after-hours-%26-emergency We hope you were able to find care at another facility and your pet is recovered and well.
Love! Love! Love! Love! Love! They take the BEST care of our 2 Goldens. Dr. Adam is beyond exceptional, and we could not be happier with the care our 2 girls get coming here!!!
Very nice
