Heart and Mind Counseling has been amazing. My therapist is caring, knowledgeable, and easy to connect with. When they found out I would be spending the winter in another state, they got licensed there so I could continue therapy while traveling. That kind of commitment to their clients is hard to find. I highly recommend this practice.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Heart and Mind Counseling. The intake process for new patients is incredibly helpful to match you with a counselor who is right for you which makes you feel at ease. I was also very impressed with the variety of approaches their counselors provide for addressing the effects of anxiety including EMDR. I would describe this practice as being mission driven to put their growth of their patients first!
