Diana Duncan, ND, is a kind, patient, and thoughtful provider. I often come to our appointments with lots of questions, and sometimes feeling frustrated, but she always gives me her full attention and takes the time to listen and explain things. She’s thorough and personable, and I truly appreciate the care she gives me, even when I may have a lot to ask or come acrossed as unorganized. I’m very grateful to have her as my provider.
Dr. Diana is the best doctor I’ve seen in my almost 40 years of life. She spends the time finding the root cause of a diagnosis. I’ve seen her for my Hosimotos and through my two pregnancies. I wish I could have brought her with me in our move across the country! If you have any hesitation about seeing a naturopathic doctor, you should schedule a visit at Heart of Wellness! They’re awesome!

Heart of Wellness is an amazing clinic with very caring and responsive providers who actually listen and take the time to figure out the roots of what's going on. They helped me so much more than a traditional PCP and they did much more extensive lab work that was actually helpful, unlike other doctors that see you for five minutes and send you out the door. My appointments at Heart of Wellness were 30 to 45 minutes and very in depth.
They are definitely worth the time and money and I highly recommend them.
They gave me corporate vibes they didnt listen to me when I told them my struggles and I just felt like a sale and they dropped me because I’m a person and I have a job and didn’t get the reminder they told me I would get. Extremely disappointed.

Dr. Spring Stephens has been treating me for well over a year with Procaine injection therapy. My neck and shoulders are shot after decades of working in dentistry, and although I regularly see a chiropractor and massage therapist, these injections have changed my reality from one of “I’m just ruined for life now” to “holy cow, I don’t HAVE to live in pain anymore!” Dr. Spring is the kindest, most gentle and caring practitioner I have EVER had. This therapy is the real deal…take it from a former skeptic!
