Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning

We had our office done today and I knew they had their work cut out for them but did not expect what I found when they were done!! I’m embarrassed to say we had not had our carpets done since we moved in, let’s just say it’s been a few years. We also bring our two dogs with us to work since leaving to let them out during the day is not an option for us. These dogs shed a lot!!! We try to keep up with the dog hair but still find that it over takes the room they are in. I ran a little late in the morning so did not get a chance to vacuum and proceeded to start hoping he would work in the part where the dogs are not kept. I was just getting ready to start and Jamie said “don’t worry about it he will vacuum”. What!! What?!?! Never seen that before! When Jamie was done I couldn’t find a single dog hair in the back and the rest of the office looked AMAZING!!!! I was absolutely shocked how good it looked. We will definitely call them again and there price is VERY fair, almost too fair 😉 I see why all their reviews are 5 star. Thank you for taking pride in your work and I’m so sorry you had to work so hard today!

Above and beyond customer service- Heavens best came to spot clean a red stain the same day I called and saved our area rug!

I've been using Heaven's Best for years. I switched to them after a technician at another company stole cash I had on the counter and the company continued allowing him to go into other people's homes. Heaven's Best is a totally different experience. Jamie does an awesome, thorough job. He's always quick to answer e-mails and can almost always get me in within a couple weeks, many times even sooner. It's been a while since I've looked around but I believe the prices are cheaper with Heaven's Best than with other national companies. I have referred people to Heaven's Best for years and will continue doing so. They are fantastic.
