We hired Heaven Sent for our tile roof and were very happy with the experience. From the start, they came across as honest and trustworthy. There were no slick sales techniques and no pressure. The owner, Francisco, and his son Giovanni often visited to oversee the process and were always available to answer our questions. The whole team was professional, communicated clearly, and did quality work. We got several quotes. Heaven Sent had the best price and met every one of our requests. They went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work.

Best experience I could of had while getting a new roof put on. The price was great and the people were even better. From the very start they spent a good amount of time talking to me about what I was looking for, explaining how they go about the job and all the details. Leaving me with the information I needed and the time to make my own decision, no pressure. After agreeing to the work, I was contacted daily to keep me up on what was next, and someone was always available if I had any questions. The crew worked hard, staying till 8:00pm just to get the job done. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful job they did and the beautiful new roof I have now, The new Owens Corning Designer shingles with all the greens & yellows, really go well with my green house. Best decision I could've made.

I truly can’t say enough good things about Heaven Sent Roofing and the entire team! From start to finish, they went above and beyond and made the entire process incredibly smooth. Everything was done on time, professionally, and with a genuine focus on doing what was best for my home—not simply taking the easiest or cheapest route.
Frank, the owner, deserves special recognition. You can tell right away that he genuinely cares about his customers, his company, and the people who work for him. One of the things that really stood out to me was watching the way Frank interacted with his team. Everyone was incredibly kind, respectful, and communicative with one another. You could tell they’ve worked together for a long time and have developed a great relationship and an excellent rhythm as a team. They communicated well, worked efficiently, and clearly took pride in what they were doing.
Another thing that really impressed me was the communication throughout the entire project. I received more updates than I ever expected, and honestly, I’ve dealt with other companies where getting even basic updates was difficult. Heaven Sent was the complete opposite. They kept me informed, communicated with me consistently, and made sure I knew what was happening throughout the process. I never felt like I was left wondering what was going on or had to chase someone down for an answer. That level of communication made the entire experience so much easier and gave me a tremendous amount of confidence in the company.
Jessica, Erica, Amadeo, Marlon, Vladimir, Jieson, and Gio were all absolutely fantastic as well. Every person I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was done right.
Their attention to detail was also exceptional. They actually pointed out flaws they noticed in some of my existing windowsills—things I honestly might not have noticed myself. Instead of overlooking them, they brought them to my attention and went the extra mile to address them. The finished windowsills came out perfect, and that really showed me that they weren’t just there to complete a job—they genuinely cared about the finished product and how it would look in my home.
The quality of the materials and workmanship is outstanding. They installed a beautiful new roof and hurricane-impact windows, and you can immediately tell these are high-quality products. The windows are incredibly solid and heavy, and you can feel the quality as soon as you open and close them. They also offered me the option to upgrade to even better materials, which I really appreciated because it showed me they were focused on giving me the best possible result for my home rather than simply trying to sell me something.
The finished product speaks for itself. I get compliments from practically everyone who comes into my home about how great everything looks. The roof, windows, windowsills, and overall workmanship came out absolutely beautiful.
If you’re looking for a company that genuinely cares about its customers, uses quality materials, communicates exceptionally well, treats its employees and customers with respect, and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right, I would 100% recommend Heaven Sent Roofing.
Frank and the entire team—Jessica, Erica, Amadeo, Marlon, Vladimir, Jieson, and Gio—thank you all for an amazing job. You truly exceeded my expectations and earned every bit of this 5-star review!

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so happy to hear that you had a great experience with our team. It means a lot to know you felt confident throughout the process and that we could make everything—from handling the permits to completing your new roof—as smooth as possible. We truly appreciate your trust in Heaven Sent Roofing and hope you enjoy the peace of mind that comes with your new roof for many years to come. Thank you again for your kind words and support!
Fransico’s and his men are very professional, hardworking, honest & genuine. Heaven Sent has been in business for a long time. They give you an estimate and if they find damage that has to be replaced, they contact you & show you the damage before they continue, they are very reasonable even with what they find after they remove the old roof. We are very happy with the work that they did. My old roof was water damaged at the edge line of the roof all around & they replaced all the damage areas at a very reasonable price. In addition, they left my outside yard very nice, they cleaned up after the roof was installed like if nothing took place. Fransico’s and his company set the bar on high standards for the work that they did and for any other company that comes after them in renovations. I highly recommend his roofing company, his company that installs the fascia & Soffits, & the gutter company. All very hardworking. They took an old house that is decades old & made it look brand new. Wind Mitigation inspection & report & Hurricane straps were also installed.
Thank you so much for your kind words and recommendation, Miriam! We truly appreciate your trust in Heaven Sent Roofing. It was a pleasure helping restore your home, and we're so glad you're happy with the final result. Thank you for choosing us, and please don't hesitate to reach out if we can ever help you again in the future!
I don't write a lot of reviews, but Heaven Sent Roofing went above and beyond to give me an amazing roof replacement experience. My roof was old and was leaking in the same spot after multiple repairs from other roofing companies. We got several estimates for repairing/replacing our roof and Heaven Sent Roofing gave us a free estimate and a very reasonable quote. Then they got us on their schedule almost immediately and replaced the entire roof in ONE DAY. When they tore off the old roof, the owner called me personally and explained the importance of hurricane clips, which I had originally declined. He said I could save $$$ on my home insurance if I put them in. I called my insurance guy and he confirmed that I will save almost the entire cost of the clips ($1k) in a rebate from my insurance company THIS YEAR. Then I will save almost double that cost for the next several years moving forward. Making a quick call to explain that to me saved me literally thousands of dollars and showed me that the owner of Heaven Sent Roofing truly cares about his clients. He also provided several updates and pictures throughout the day. Several of my neighbors asked for my roofing company's contact info after seeing how professional, organized, and quick the team was. Did I mention they did the whole thing in one day?! They even went around with a metal detector after to pick up any stray nails. And then they sent a home inspector to do a complementary wind mitigation report to give to my insurance company. I truly could not have been more impressed or happy with this experience and will be a Heaven Sent Roofing customer for life!!
