Customers highlight the company's punctuality, thorough inspections, and clear communication regarding services like rodent removal, spider treatment, and wasp nest elimination. Many reviewers note the staff's knowledge of prevention methods and the inclusion of a one-year guarantee. However, some low-star reviews cite missed appointments, lack of follow-up on quotes, and confusion regarding service area boundaries as recurring issues.

Al and Jim are great to work with. We recently had Heights Pest come for spiders and then about a month later they came back for rodents. They're professional, responsive, and non-pressure with the services they offer. They also guarantee their work and will return for spiders within 6 months if they don't stay away. We had a spider infestation in the basement and now have almost no evidence of them!
Jim was great; helped identify and mitigate a mouse problem and gave some great tips for keeping pests in general at bay. I will continue to use them for all my pest control needs!
Price assessment: Reasonable price
Services: Rodent extermination, General pest inspection, Bug & insect extermination
Jim was awesome. Super informative and thorough! Very caring and really took the time to look at everything and explain what is needed. 1 year guarantee is great as well. Glad to find our new pest control company that is local and caring. Thanks so much!
I’ve been using this company for years to power spray my house during the summer months, and their service has always been excellent! Recently, I had an outdoor mouse problem, and they responded so quickly and took care of it right away. That same week, I found a dead mouse in the field and haven’t seen another one since.
They’re reliable, responsive, and great at what they do. I couldn’t be happier with their service—they really are the best! Highly recommend!
Jim is a gem! Honest, personable, and knowledgeable! He fills our bait boxes a few times a year. Our boxes were empty on his last visit so he offered an automatic schedule every 3 months. Great! Now we don’t have to remember when to reach out. Oh, and the proper amount of bait is placed in the boxes. No short changes! Also, offered a yellow jacket spray around the house during the season too. Heights Pest Control! Thank you!
Al and Jim were super friendly and professional. Response and turnaround time is quick - they actually want to help you! Jim took his time inspecting our home and made recommendations on prevention and protection, they are super knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you need pest control.

Jim was phenomenal! He is helping us resolve our issue with mice rather than just managing the issue. Jim was very patient, listened carefully to my concerns and asked a lot of great questions. He then executed a plan to resolve our issues with mice. Jim is very detail oriented and thorough with his work. During the visit Jim took the time to educate me and make me understand the reasons behind all the steps he was taking to resolve our issues with mice. I feel confident in the service provided by Jim and Heights Pest Control and am looking forward to a long term relationship with the company for all our needs related to controlling mice and bugs.
