Eduardo, and Jil of Heises plumbing were efficient and clean and did a wonderful job of installing my new faucet as well as removing the leaking pipe under my kitchen sink. I will definitely call them again.
I recently used them a couple months ago, and today one of my tenants water heater stopped working. I called Heise's plumbing this morning, and they came and replaced it this afternoon. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. They stand by their work

I contacted Heise’s about a Sub-Zero repair. They initially responded, but I received no reply to follow-up emails on October 19 and 21 asking to confirm a proposed October 23 visit and clarify repair fees and parts. As of October 22, the appointment was still unconfirmed, so I decided to look elsewhere. This review is about communication and scheduling, not repair workmanship.

I feel that the pricing is quite strange. They charge for the initial service call and then they charge for the second service call when they come back with the parts so I feel like they’re like double dipping.
