Just finished an amazing 3-day event planned and coordinated by Ashley and her team at Hello Productions. There truly are no words to adequately describe their level of expertise and professionalism. This event planning team is second to none!! No detail was missed and our 250+ person conference, hosted this year in Scottsdale, AZ, was one of the best conferences we’ve ever had! I cannot recommend Hello Productions highly enough! We were lucky enough to have Christina as our day-of wedding coordinator. Christina and her team made our day flow so smoothly. She went above and beyond our expectations to help make our day incredibly special. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was incredibly easy to communicate with, and even willing to answer questions at any hour of the day if we had them. Her positive energy and preparedness during our calls leading up to the big day made all of the planning stress-free. Her expertise allowed for our planning process to run smoothly, and she was able to give us advice and input that we wouldn't have known ourselves. On the day of the wedding, she and her team were able to keep the timeline on schedule, assemble all of the decorations, and tear down/clean up in a timely manner. As usual with weddings, there were a few last minute problems that needed solving, and Christina was able to fix them easily, so much so that we as the bride and groom didn't even know that they happened. Out of all of our vendors, we heard the most compliments about Christina from our guests, who noticed her incredible dedication to her job as well as her execution of her services. Investing in the services of Hello Productions truly had an enormous payout in the end, and I would recommend them to ANYONE planning a wedding. Christina's passion for her job and expertise are truly unmatched, and so evident when working with her, there is truly no one like her! We really cannot thank them, especially Christina, enough for all of their assistance in making our day so special.

When my husband and I got engaged in June 2025, we had no idea where to begin. Having previously worked for an event planner, I had seen firsthand just how much happens behind the scenes of a wedding day. Because of that experience, I knew that hiring a planner to guide us through the entire process would be one of the best investments we could make. A family friend referred us to Hello Productions and specifically recommended Christina. After reaching out via email, we had a consultation scheduled within hours. From the moment we met her, it was clear that Christina genuinely understood who we were and what we wanted our wedding to feel like. Her energy, enthusiasm, and passion for her work were immediately apparent, and she was simply a joy to talk to. As soon as the call ended, my husband and I both agreed that we wanted her by our side throughout the planning process. Christina made it possible for us to truly enjoy planning our wedding. With only nine months between our engagement and wedding day, we felt overwhelmed and unsure where to start. Christina helped us identify our priorities and created a clear roadmap from there. We trusted her vendor recommendations completely, and every one of them exceeded our expectations. It's easy to see why she is so respected within the wedding industry; she has cultivated strong relationships with talented professionals who share her commitment to excellence. Once the major decisions were made, Christina provided a detailed timeline that kept us organized and on track. She was always available to answer questions, coordinate with vendors, and handle details we hadn't even considered. Throughout the process, she gave us confidence that everything was moving forward exactly as it should. What truly sets Christina apart, however, goes far beyond her exceptional planning skills. In the months leading up to our wedding, I experienced two significant personal losses. During an incredibly difficult time, Christina met me with extraordinary kindness, empathy, and support. She knew when to step in and remind me to give myself grace. One day, when I tried to push forward with wedding planning despite everything I was carrying, she gently told me, "Not today. Today is a day to just be, not plan." That moment has stayed with me, and I will always be grateful for her compassion and care. As our wedding day approached, Christina and her team worked tirelessly to ensure every detail was handled. Looking back, I honestly don't know how our venue would have come together without them. The only design direction I gave was "wildflowers" I wanted the day to feel bright, relaxed, beautiful, and authentically us. Christina took that vision and transformed it into something beyond anything we could have imagined. The space felt absolutely magical. On the wedding day itself, Christina and her team were everywhere they needed to be, often before anyone realized they were needed. Any issues that arose were handled seamlessly, and my husband and I remained blissfully unaware of them. The team was attentive not only to the big details but also to the small ones, whether managing logistics or simply making sure I got back a lipstick I had left behind after touching up my makeup. We are endlessly grateful to Christina and everyone at Hello Productions for helping us create a wedding that felt so genuine, personal, and unforgettable. Their professionalism, creativity, and care allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. We couldn't imagine having celebrated our day any other way.

Alyson was an absolute godsend for my wedding in October 2025. After doing the initial planning on our own, we hired Hello Productions and Alyson to be our coordinator a few months before the wedding to help with all the details of scheduling, vendor management, and day-of logistics. Alyson was so prepared and helped us answer all the questions that we didn't even realize we needed to think about. Everything was so well organized that we had the wedding day planned and ready to go down to the minute about 2 weeks before the big day. It was so amazing to know that everything was figured out way before our wedding day, and then ON the day, it was so easy for us to relax knowing that Alyson and her team would take care of anything that possibly came up. I don't even know if there were any issues at my wedding because everything felt perfect to me and I was never even brought into any potential issues if there were any! All this to say, Alyson was absolutely incredible and so easy to work with, and I'd 10000% recommend her and Hello Productions to anyone planning a wedding in Pittsburgh 💕

We used Alyson from Hello Productions for our day of wedding coordinator. We were very pleased with her services. She is a very kind & sweet person. She ran our wedding rehearsal the evening beforehand, and helped coordinate details of our wedding & reception, and communicated with our vendors along the way. She & her assistant did a great job setting up our decor, and helped everything run smoothly during our ceremony and reception. They were top-notch! They were readily available and made a point to ask numerous times throughout the evening if there was anything we needed. I would highly recommend Alyson from Hello Productions!

We hired Christina as our day of coordinator and she was amazing! From start to finish she allowed me to have peace of mind that visions for my wedding would come to life. To only state a few things that she did for us: She helped when we were in a pinch for a vendor, she went above and beyond to make sure not only my husband and I were having a good time and taken care of, but also our families. She called all of our vendors days before the wedding to make sure everyone was on the same timeline (as this can get confusing for everyone and changes do come up last minute - it was a huge help) and she made sure my decorations/florals/candles were how I envisioned. I can’t recommend Christina enough!

We're so thankful we had Christina McLachlan as our wedding planner. From our very first meeting, we got along seamlessly. She got to know us as individuals and as a couple to help create the wedding day of our dreams. There is no way we could have done it without her. To organize all the vendors, rentals, venue, timelines, etc. is so overwhelming, but she made it look easy! Not only did we get a spectacular coordinator, but we gained a true friend. Christina is somebody you can trust and count on to get the job done. We hold her near and dear to our heart. Because of her, we had a BALLER wedding and made memories that will last a lifetime.

Ashley and her Hello Productions team did an outstanding job with a 4 days event held in October this year. We can’t emphasize enough the value they brought toward our event. They helped us in the planning phase, kept us on schedule, kept us on budget, helped with fresh ideas and eventually coordinated during the 4 days it lasted. Our guests had a wonderful time.
