I've been going to Hello Sugar for a while now and have had a few different estheticians, but Allison is definitely my favorite! She is so kind, genuine, and makes every appointment feel comfortable. She's always gentle and thorough, and I really appreciate how much she's taught me about proper aftercare. I always leave feeling well taken care of. I highly recommend booking with Allison!! You won't be disappointed!

Absolutely fantastic experience. It was my first time getting a Brazilian. It was easy and practically painless. McKenna did a fantastic job. She put me at ease with no problem.

i did a training appointment and my waxer was not considerate at all. i told her it was my first time ever being waxed and then a second later she asked how long have i been waxing. i also told her not to do a countdown and she did for every single strip. she did not listen to the client on her table at all. she did not explain the process or anything she just instantly went into waxing and ripping with no talking to me at all. she really treated me like nobody and nothing at all, just the next body to finish her training. she was fully in muscle memory and impressing the trainer than talking to who was on her table. some spots hurt way worse and i told her at the beginning of the session i have a skin condition, when those began to flare up and hurt she kept going with no break and no relief. just go go go and then when she was told to pause on an area to make sure it's okay, she seemed upset more about her score than my experience. i felt treated like just a checklist and like a mannequin doll for her to get her points and be graded instead of actually checking in with me. she did not offer any check ins, reassurance, or talk to me hardly at all. the other two girls in the room were absolutely fantastic and are the only reason this gets 2 stars. the place was nice and staff overall was great except whoever did me. she needs trained on her bedside manner. i could go on but this is a long enough novel.
