Both Melissa and John helped me so much on such short notice. When speaking with Melissa on the phone, she had such confidence and professionalism that definitely eased my worries of how to navigate court in general. She also was nice enough to take calls even after work hours and she truly went above and beyond. On the morning of the court date, I spoke with Melissa on the phone and was very nervous about going in and yet again, she answered all my questions and even let me know that John was going to be there and he would help me through it. I met him for the first time that morning and he was so nice and instructed me on how everything would most likely play out. I truly cannot express how grateful I am to the two of them for helping me navigate such a tricky situation and put me a little more at ease. They are incredible!!
