I had the pleasure of getting a tattoo done at Her Tattoo Company. Not only was Norah professional but she was so sweet, kind and made the experience amazing. I will definitely be going back!

This was the best tattoo experience I have had! Norah is so sweet and makes you feel so beyond comfortable!! And her work is so freaking beautiful!!
I’m going to be honest. As a business owner myself, I respect when someone makes decisions based on what they feel is best for their business. That said, this experience was disappointing. I spent months looking for an artist who could do what I wanted. I fell in love with the work Norah does and I took time to meet in person with Norah, waited weeks to find a time that worked with her schedule, and then waited over a month for the actual appointment. At the consult she told me she wouldn’t send the design until two days before the session. The concept did evolve after the initial consult (before she started designing), and she later let me know the updated design would require 2–3 additional sessions and a couple thousand dollars more. The day before the appointment—still within the two-day window she had originally set—I requested one more change after my husband reviewed the design. I was then told we hadn’t been “on the same page from the start” and that changes take a very long time. The piece was meant to connect and extend existing work on my arm into a more cohesive, sleeve-length design. Instead of using the full scheduled day for the parts we both liked (or working with me on the section I wasn’t fully happy with), Norah canceled the appointment at 6:30 a.m. the morning of the session and stepped away from the project entirely. I understand plans change, but canceling the morning of after months of waiting and clear communication about the design timeline left a lot to be desired.
Norah is such an incredible artist and person! She does such amazing work and puts so much pride into her work. I’ve had her do a full sleeve of tattoos and am excited for many more. Her studio is such a comfortable space and we have so much fun during our sessions. I get compliments on a daily basis for my tattoos and I highly recommend going to HER tattoo studio!!😊❤️
