We had an amazing experience
Thanks, Chris. Glad Sunday’s move from Acra to Prattsville went smoothly. Logan, Payton and Tristan will be happy to hear it. Enjoy the new house.
These are my go to movers!
Hercules Moving came through so swiftly and moved a very large special piece of art for me with the upmost professionalism! Liam was on top of communication and had everything set up to make the move perfect and stress free!!!
His team did such a great job and brought care and attention to every moment of the move from loading to transport and unloading.
Highly recommend!!! Five stars isn't enough!!! Ten stars☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆!!!
These guys killed it. Moved all my stuff carefully.

Daniel, it was a pleasure to help you with the Kingston move! Enjoy your new home!
I reached out by email because phone calls give me anxiety, and Liam was awesome about it. He wasn't pushy, he was respectful, and he worked with me entirely over email without making it a big deal. That meant a lot.

On moving day, the three movers who showed up were awesome too. I wish I remembered their names, because they deserve the credit. They worked from 10:15am to 8:40pm, which is a long day for anyone, and they went above and beyond with what they had.

The problem was the equipment. The U-Haul that pulled up was smaller than expected, so they had to make two trips, and even then not everything made it into the house. They also didn't bring any moving equipment, like a dolly or cart. Thank goodness we had something they could use. We still have to figure out how to get the rest of our things moved, which is really frustrating. Whoever planned the truck and supplies didn't do this crew justice.

One suggestion: more training in packing and unloading a truck efficiently (think Tetris) would go a long way, both for loading the truck and placing things in the home.

Overall: 2.5 stars. Liam and the moving crew earned 5/5. The other stars come off for the undersized truck, which left our move unfinished after a 10-hour day.

Edit:

Liam reached out after reading my review, so I want to share some additional information I didn't think was needed at first. My goal was never to tear this company apart, even with a 3-star review.

I'll admit fault where it's my wife and I. We weren't as packed as we planned to be. As a disabled person, with my wife acting as both my wife and caregiver, it just wasn't possible for us. We did our best. I'm grateful the guys moved whatever they could into the truck. That meant the world to us.

I was told that when a job isn't what was planned, they could have walked away or charged double. They didn't, and I truly appreciate that. These three guys did the best they could with what they had, and I want to say that again.

There seems to be a big mix-up of the size truck from what the lead mover said versus what was ordered or what was needed.

One thing I do want to point out: every box was labeled, and each room had a sign showing where its boxes belonged. Those weren't followed, so boxes ended up in the wrong rooms and stacked in ways I can't get around in my wheelchair. That's a big part of why we need a second company to help.

My hopes for the future: Have potential clients take photos of everything to get a visual confirmation of what size truck is actually needed. Make sure every person who is a mover to understand what’s on the box goes to what room. Plus, stack up not across.

If you're reading this to hire them: Have everything packed in boxes, or hire someone to pack if you can't. Things happen.

Either way, this crew did everything they could, and I appreciate them. I only wish the labels and room signs had been followed, the boxes stacked with accessibility in mind.

See photo below, signs were tapped up and visible.
They were a great crew would definitely recommend them
