I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for all the support Heather has provided me. Heather has been an excellent therapist for me! She was able to help me talk through a variety of life obstacles I was experiencing. She was able to help gently guide me while also confirming when I was on the right track. She gave an appropriate amount of follow up work after each session. She was flexible with scheduling and provided an online option. She was always very warm, friendly, and easy to talk to. I LOVE Heather. As someone who was new to therapy and terrified of the whole experience, she made sure I always felt comfortable to be myself and take my time talking about my trauma.
