Customers report that Heritage Hardwood Floors LLC handles hardwood refinishing, installation, and repair projects with professional crews, competitive pricing, and clear communication throughout the process. Reviewers frequently note punctual scheduling, minimal dust control, and the company's ability to source specific materials or correct previous contractor errors. One criticism involves a driver’s reckless behavior on the road, though this did not seem to impact the quality of the flooring work itself.

Recently had hardwood floors redone—sanded and stained. VERY pleased with the result! Heritage did a very professional job and kept us informed every step of the way. Great job with cleaning up afterwards which is so appreciated! Very reasonable—-highly recommend!!

I have used Heritage for flooring projects at both my home and my office. For my home, they were able to find a unique sized white oak plank that suited our space perfectly. No one else around could find what we were looking for. We recently refreshed our breakroom kitchen at our office building as well, and Heritage found and installed a great LVP product that looks amazing and will be extremely durable. Could not be happier with the knowledge and professionalism of the owners and staff. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Doing business with them was SO MUCH better than a big box store. Highly recommended.

Thanks again, for everything!
I was getting quotes to rip out carpet, add hardwood, and restain / finish the old hardwoods with the new wood to match. Heritage Hardwoods price was competitive but they didn’t just ask what I wanted, they made recommendations and guided me through the process. They have their own crews instead of subbing out, which is a plus in my book. The end work was fantastic and they were there to answer questions throughout the process. I’d use them again if I needed to.

Excellent to work with! I had two bedrooms that needed wood flooring to match the pre-finished wood floors in the rest of my house. Heritage was very patient with me as I tested various samples. Their installer was top notch! I would use them again without hesitation.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us review! We are so glad that you love your floors & were happy with our services! Please let us know if we can be further assistance & thanks for trusting us to complete your flooring project!
After I made a little "oops" w some Bona floor polish, I was so upset... didn't want to have to re-finish all my floors just because of my ridiculous mistake. We had used Heritage Hardwood Floors at the recommendation of a friend to refinish the floors in a renovation house we purchased. So when I made my "faux pas" it made sense to call them. James came out and was able to remove the mistake I made w the polish. Then we were able to re-polish the affected area with really good results. He didn't even charge us ! When the time does come for us to re-finish our floors in our main residence, Heritage Hardwood Floors will be the only place we will call. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Heritage Hardwood Floors was recommended to us from some friends who were VERY happy with their floors. SO GLAD WE WENT WITH HERITAGE!
This is an older home and the floors are oak and pine, and were rough.. In a word the result was BEAUTIFUL. Beyond the end result there was virtually NO dust. Unbelievable. The floors were ground and sanded and 1st coat in 1 day. Heritage came back and put on a 2nd coat then a 3rd coat of poly and I could not be happier with the end result.
James [Sales] and Shawn [Finisher lead guy] were just great to deal with. We has 1 small issue with a threshold going into a bathroom and Shawn was back the following day and made it right.
PS: A shout out to Kathryn in the office who kept me up to date what was going on..
Side Note:
We were going to go the LVP route.. So glad we went with Heritage refinishing the floors. The house is old but now the floors have a nice warm look and feel vs the commercial hotel room look!
