They were quite timely and explained the compatibility needs for a very heavy wooden double sized door to us. The door no longer screeches and now opens all the way. Very happy with their professionalism.
Great quality product and excellent service! The technicians were courteous and attentive to all my questions and were able to diagnose an extra problem with the small garage door. I am still waiting on that phone call back from Austin.
