Thank you so much for the great review and recommendation! I’m glad you appreciated the thoroughness of the inspection and the time spent answering your questions. Welcome back to Oxford!
When it comes to hiring someone to protect you, and you need confidence that they are looking out for you & your investment. There is nothing better than signing with Hodge Home Inspections. The fact that they are a smaller independent company was one of the reasons we liked them so much. We didn't need all the high tech 3D camera of a house im going to purchase. We were eager to support after the great work they did for my son. So much so we used them twice! Eric will answer any questions you may have keeping it very personal.
Thank you so much for letting us help you not once but twice! I'm glad the second home was the right fit. It's an honor to help you in such a large life decision. I hope that Waterford home treats you well and you have many a poolside party!
