Harry and his crew just finished refinishing our hardwood floors, and we couldn't be happier. They were professional and communicative throughout. Very detail-oriented: they carefully protected our wall art, cabinets, and appliances, and even refinished the floor under the fridge and stove. They showed up on time every day and worked efficiently. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Great management and even better results!
Harry and team were terrific to work with. Harry's can-do attitude and clear communications sold me on choosing Hi-Tech Hardwood Floors. He walked me through all color/finish options and laid out the overall process in an easy to understand way, prior to the work starting. Once under way, they hit every benchmark and even came back afterwards for some minor touch-ups to really perfect the job. I couldn't be happier with the final outcome! So glad I went with Hi-Tech Floors, and I wholeheartedly give them my highest recommendation.
Harry and his team did an outstanding job on our hardwood floors. We had the floors cleaned, repaired, and coated with Bona Traffic HD, and the results exceeded my expectations.
From the beginning, Harry stood out from the other contractors I contacted. His quote was not the lowest, but after walking through the house with him, I felt confident that he knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to assess the floors properly, explain the options, and provide honest recommendations rather than trying to upsell unnecessary work.
The quality of the work was excellent. The floors look beautiful, and I have not found a single issue with the finished product. What I especially appreciated was Harry’s attention to detail and professionalism. He repaired several floorboards, completed a few closets that we had not even specifically discussed, and took care of a couple of additional items he discovered along the way without making a big deal about it. Those small touches showed real pride in his work.
The project was completed on a tight timeline before our move-in, but Harry never gave the impression that he was rushing. Instead, he spent the time necessary to do the job correctly and delivered a result that genuinely transformed the floors.
If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering quality work, I would highly recommend Harry. The experience was smooth from start to finish, and I would not hesitate to hire him again.

The owner of Hi-Tech Hardwood Floors, Andy Tran, restored a 100+ years old bedroom floor that required replacing a portion of the wood to perfection. Upon first meeting him, it was evident he has an expertise and experience with wood flooring. My initial assessment was accurate and I am completely satisfied.

Andy and Harry of Hi Tech Hardwood Floors re-did the kitchen of our rental house as well as the main floor of our own house, both here in San Francisco. We were gone on vacation when the work happened, and a siding crew was also doing a project. That meant Hi Tech had to juggle all our furniture out to the deck and back, which was really above and beyond the call of duty. When we returned from our trip, we were astonished at the transformation. I was impressed with the overall quality and attention to detail. I've had other crews who either didn't care or didn't have the expertise to do things like this, but I could see that these guys both had the know-how and a very high standard. Three years later, it still looks amazing, as does the kitchen at the rental. This year, when I needed to repair a spot at our rental that a tenant had damaged, it was an easy decision to get Andy back for the work. I am a very satisfied customer and happy to sing the praises of Hi Tech.

We were looking for a local specialist and found Hi Tech Flooring from their great reviews. Turns out Andy, the owner is very close by and gave us a fair estimate. The job was a garden apartment that needed the concrete leveled for cork flooring. Andy and his team leveled the slab and installed the flooring efficiently and completed the job to spec. I would recommend Hi Tech to anyone who is refinishing or replacing their flooring.
