Hi-Tech, and Zach who did the treatment, were fantastic. I got lots of quotes when I noticed termites in my house, and Hi-Tech came in with the best price and the best warranty. Zach was very helpful, knowledgeable and respectful, and he went above and beyond to make sure he found every spot that needed treatment and where the termites had come in. I’d highly recommend Hi-Tech Termite!
Moeaki is awesome. He came to inspect the house for termites and found them. After going over treatment options with the pros and cons of each one, I decided to go with fumigating the house. He didn't try to upsell anything, just gave a fair review of my options. They quoted me a fair price and I decided to go with them. I really liked how fast they were to respond with my questions. I tried to contact other companies, but they ignored me. Oh, and my inspection was free. I would recommend Hi Tech Termite Control.

I just had initial service with High-Tech termite. Both the inspector and the tech were professional and enjoyable to talk with. The inspector found wood beetles where we thought we just had sub termites so I am thankful for the thorough inspection. Inspector was through with his findings and gave options and explanations for what they could do, and we decided on spot treatments. The price was comparable to a “big name” termite company, and I thought the overall price with the 3 year warranty with follow up visits was a good value for the price. I plan to continue with an annual maintenance plan after the 3 years
They were very responsive - Whenever I called the office they were prompt to answer the call. The “big name” guy never called or followed up by email. Hi tech scheduled our service after inspection for the next week.
The tech that came out was very experienced, which put me at ease knowing that he had done it so many times before. He detected where the beetles or bees were coming into the house, showed us the tunnels and bores, and explained how he sprayed and what would happen if the pests continued to eat at the wood. Overall, really happy with the few extra minutes that he spent with us along the way to explain the process, what he was doing, and what he was seeing.
Ben came and immediately determined our needs. Zach did a wonderful job applying the solution and explained everything along the way. We are confident that our needs were met at a reasonable price.
I recommend.

Benjamin Ortiz inspected our home and found dry wood termites in our upstairs bathroom. He then sent Andre and Zack to get rid of the termites on 4-15-2026. These people were very helpful and we were told the program covered three years of service from 4-15-26 to 4-15-2029.

High-Tech termite was contracted for termite fumigation. Initial inspection was professional by the inspector Jason, who gave options and explanations for all those that are were available. After weighing all options, it was determined that I would go with fumigation. High-tech subcontracts with best care, termite fumigators. Over more than a 6-month period, I was forced to reschedule my termite fumigation due to construction delays and issues. Both high-tech and best care were very professional and without issue. I would note that I was sure to reschedule within the contracted time frames set forth in the contract.
Prior to choosing Hi-Tech, I had multiple inspections and quotes prepared for possible termite treatment. Most companies were extremely expensive, unprofessional or unresponsive. Both high tech and best care were very professional and efficient. On the day of fumigation best care had three medium to large structures tented and fumigated in less than 3 hours. It showed how professional they were and how well they performed their job.
If you find yourself in a situation that you need pest care and/or termite treatment I highly recommend both Hi-Tech and best care for your pest control needs. Thank you.

Hi-Tech Termite came out and inspected and provided a clear estimate for treatment (x-ray and chemical) and rotted wood replacement. It seemed fair and we proceeded. The crew showed up on time and did fantastic work. They even found matching paint (I didn’t know I had) and painted the window sill and exterior siding for me. I highly recommend Hi-Tech Termite. Staff is kind and professional.
