People were great, it was a bit chaotic at times. The entry space is tight so when there are a lot of pets it is a little crazy
Dr. McCord is an awesome vet, nonjudgmental, caring and efficient with my cats. She expertly removed a tumor for one of my kitties, and has treated both of my cats for years. Staff is friendly, professional, accommodating, and very caring.

I'm not coming back to your office ever. Your staff is rude, unprofessional, unsympathetic and without empathy. When I called Dr Kitziger's office to have him see my dog, I explained my dog's SX's that just happened an hour prior, without a doubt she could sense the pain and suffering that I was feeling regarding my darling baby. I hung up and found another veterinary that told me to bring my dog in immediately. At some point, Dr.Kitziger, I advise you to listen in on your staff phone calls with your clients. Only then will you understand my concern. An ex client
