If you haven't been here, its pretty cool. Kinda pricey but the kids loved it. Probably would be too crowded if it wasnt pricey.
A very, clean, orderly, efficiently, operated facility with professional staff. Not only that but a positive training environment, with a blend machines, free weights, and especially kettlebells( my modality of choice). They also offer 1st rate boxing instruction, I don't mind traveling from Parker County to train, with my Coach at Hidden Gym. -Guy Spears.

Dani is the best. Great place and great people.
Great gym and great people! Come here and train!
Awesome gym, great staff and great people!!
Great gym they have created a space which has something to offer everyone. If your passion is recreational weight lifting, bodybuilding, powerlifting or boxing they have a designated area for everything. The atmosphere is very inviting and the gym is extremely clean with new equipment. Friendly staff and a very engaged owner. I have been to every gym in the area and this is my #1.
Amazing gym feels like home especially with the community.
Ladies, please be safe and stay aware of your surroundings!!! As women, that awareness is especially important in a gym setting. While the staff is responsive and communicative, when they are brought to their attention, I was disappointed to learn that there are no security cameras inside the facility. Without that additional layer of security, there is no way to fully verify or document an incident that happens there. Ultimately, this can make it difficult for concerns to be fully investigated or resolved. Just an FYI!
Hi Riah, thank you for bringing this to our attention. I did want to let you know that we do have cameras in the facility, but we are definitely looking into getting more to ensure safety for both you and every member here. We are so sorry that you had encountered an uncomfortable situation in our facility, and we are always trying to make sure our members are heard and never blamed for anything like this. As a woman myself, I truly value the aspect of safety in any place I go, and we deeply apologize that this was not the experience you received. While we work to resolve the number of cameras in our facility, we appreciate you submitting this review and we hope that we can resolve matters to best fit your needs. In this case, please do not hesitate to reach out to staff as we do not tolerate this behavior to happen to anyone and would never want you to be put in a position of danger. Please reach out to us at (469) 336-6163 for our Allen location to seek further action regarding your situation. Ciera Stuver [Hidden Gym] Allen Assistant Manager
