Hidden gym is truly a hidden gem in DFW. It's modern, smaller in size, and has friendly folks who are serious about fitness and bettering themselves. I've been doing personal training with Corey for the past couple months and he has been awesome at coaching me through workouts. I wake up daily with more energy, focus, and am becoming a better version of myself in part because of Hidden Gym.

Great facility with great staff! The manager, Tiffany, is very kind and always helpful when you have questions. Coach Douglas is fantastic as well. He runs informative and engaging mixed martial arts classes, that are especially great for beginners.
