Daniel Haas is a very professional and personal individual. He was instrumental in providing us assistance with an issue our arborvitae was experiencing. High Angle took care of post-storm debris from our large chestnut tree. They not only cleared out the branches that had fallen, but also cleaned up the remaining branches to ensure there were no broken limbs that could fall and cause injury or damage. They arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up well when they were all finished. Very happy with the job and look forward to having them back for the rest of our tree service needs. I was very disappointed with the quoting process with High Angle. The company reached out via text to my joint work line despite never being given that number for communication as well as the fact that I had reached out directly via email prior to that communication. In addition when I requested that the company resend their initial quote approximately 2 weeks after it was originally sent and ended in my junk mail box, I discovered that they raised the prices by 10% across the board from the original quote and changed the payment terms by cutting the time in half. When asked to honor the original quote, Daniel stated that he has the right to raise the price whenever he wants. We will not be doing business with High Angle.

High Angle Tree Service is owned by a very honest and respectable guy. This company also has a sister company (Goldfinch Disposal), and while their dumpster service is comparable to other companies in their pricing, they exceed others in their customer service and quality of dumpster (no rusty gapping holes!). I strongly recommend both these companies!
"Tree service" doesn't do justice to the actual service provided by Daniel and his crew. It's more like having a top doctor diagnose the tree's symptoms and then personally perform surgery to address the root cause. He's also a wonderful communicator, which is rare in this kind of work. Absolutely will use High Angle Tree Service again!
