Cassidy and his team at High Bridge are exceptional in every way. Our basement remodel experience could not have gone better. Their work was of the highest quality and all of their people were pleasant, courteous, and professional. The job came in on time and on budget and they went out of their way to make sure we were not just happy, but thrilled about the job they did. I would recommend them strongly, without hesitation.

Thanks, Gary! It was a pleasure working with you to turn your screened-in porch into a playroom. I’m glad we exceeded your expectations, and I hope your family enjoys the new space for years to come. We appreciate your trust in our team and you sharing the photos!
We used High Bridge's handyman service to help refresh a bathroom with new fixtures and paint. They even helped problem-solve a way to hard-wire an LED medicine cabinet. Jeremy was more than punctual and cleaned up the space beautifully afterwards. Plan to work with this company in the future!

We had a fantastic experience working with Cassidy on our full-scale remodel. He helped us take a nearly 100-year-old home and thoughtfully bring it into the modern day while still respecting the character of the house.
As with any older home, we ran into plenty of unexpected issues once walls were opened up, and Cassidy was excellent at keeping us informed, explaining our options, and helping us make the best decisions along the way. He was always responsive and available to answer questions, which made such a large renovation feel much more manageable.
The quality of the work was excellent, and we really appreciated Cassidy’s attention to detail, communication, and commitment to making sure things were done right. He’s been terrific to work with, and we’ll absolutely be using him again for future projects on our home. Highly recommend!

We had a total unfinished basement completed. The project included a kitchen/bar, a billiard room, a full bathroom, a bedroom and an exercise room. The project went smoothly and was completed on time and on budget. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend HighBridge.

Thank you, Rob! We appreciate your kind words. Clear communication, staying on schedule, and delivering high-quality work are always top priorities for our team. We enjoyed working with you and look forward to helping with your future projects!
Diagnosed the problem, fixed the leak, and repaired our drywall and paint within a week. High quality work. Great communication and follow-up. Will be back for our next project!
We recently had our kitchen renovated by Cassidy and his team at High Bridge Development, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.
From the very beginning, Cassidy was incredibly thorough in developing the project plans. Every detail was clearly outlined, so we always knew exactly what to expect in terms of scope, materials, and timeline. His level of communication truly set him apart—he was consistently responsive, often replying to emails within minutes, even late in the evening. That level of accessibility gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind throughout the project.
The work was completed within the agreed-upon timeframe, which we greatly appreciated. Just as impressive was how respectful the team was of our home. They kept the workspace neat and tidy every single day, which made a big difference in our day-to-day living during the renovation.
Every member of the crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to get to know our family. It’s clear they take pride not just in their work, but also in the relationships they build with their clients.
The craftsmanship itself was outstanding. From the carpentry to the painting and tile work, every detail was handled with care and precision. They even went above and beyond by repairing areas outside the immediate scope of the project—like laying new sod where their trucks had impacted the yard. It’s that level of thoughtfulness that truly impressed us.
Pricing was competitive with other quotes we received, but the quality of work and overall experience far exceeded our expectations. Cassidy and his team noticed and addressed details we hadn’t even considered, resulting in a finished space that is better than we imagined.
We wouldn’t hesitate to work with Cassidy and High Bridge Development again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor who delivers exceptional results with professionalism and integrity.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful and detailed review—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
It was a pleasure working with you and your family on your kitchen renovation. From the initial planning and design phase through construction, our goal is always to provide a clear, transparent process with consistent communication, so it means a lot to hear that came through.
We also take a lot of pride in maintaining a clean and respectful job site, especially during interior remodels where our clients are still living in the home. I’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to our team—they genuinely care about both the craftsmanship and the relationships we build along the way.
Thank you as well for recognizing the attention to detail. We believe it’s often the small things—both inside and outside the scope—that help elevate the final result and create a better overall experience.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to work on your home and are thrilled that the finished space exceeded your expectations. If you ever need anything in the future, whether it’s another remodeling project or ongoing improvements, we’d love to work together again.
Thanks again for your trust in High Bridge Development!
