High Caliber Mechanical

High Caliber has done an exceptional job maintaining my home A/C unit even though they were not the company who installed it. I appreciate there promptness when called and professionalism once they arrived. Great company to do business with. Thank You.

I called last night asking for next possible appointment as my air had stopped. They offered to come out last night and I let them know I was good . They called to let me know they were on their way and arrived promptly. They diagnosed quickly and were two perfect gentleman. It’s all good now and I’m extremely satisfied

Cindy and Matt was very responsive to our call and Matt quickly came out to trouble shoot our HVAC unit and had it back on quickly. We would definitely call High Caliber again.

Matt is great. He diagnosed the issue right away and made needed repairs and tested unit to make sure there was no other issues before leaving.

Incredible . I called and then I got a little inpatient so I called again . Excellent people to work with! I dealt with Matt and his guys, wonderful and responsive people. I am a little old school and when i call i like to talk to a person and/or get a call back promptly. They do this every day. Very fair price and easy to work with

Tech was on time addressed the issue

I would not recommend this company. They installed 2 units and one unit went down 3 weeks after we moved in. They scheduled a warranty service and then stated the charges were not covered under warranty. With this being a new install, their work should have been covered even for a drain. High Caliber is always prompt, professional, and helpful!

We use High Caliber for our medical office. They always show up on time, are professional and courteous. Matt and Zach do a great job with keeping all 10 of our units in good working order so patients, staff and providers are cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We would not entrust anyone else but High Caliber.

The technician was quick and explained everything. He even gave me tips on how to help maintain my ac unit.

Would highly recommend High Caliber Mechanical .Robbie and his assistant were great repairing my AC.Couldn’t ask for better service than them.
