High Caliber Mechanical

High Caliber has done an exceptional job maintaining my home A/C unit even though they were not the company who installed it. I appreciate there promptness when called and professionalism once they arrived. Great company to do business with. Thank You.

I called last night asking for next possible appointment as my air had stopped. They offered to come out last night and I let them know I was good . They called to let me know they were on their way and arrived promptly. They diagnosed quickly and were two perfect gentleman. It’s all good now and I’m extremely satisfied

Cindy and Matt was very responsive to our call and Matt quickly came out to trouble shoot our HVAC unit and had it back on quickly. We would definitely call High Caliber again.

Matt is great. He diagnosed the issue right away and made needed repairs and tested unit to make sure there was no other issues before leaving.

Incredible . I called and then I got a little inpatient so I called again . The owner of the company came out within 5 min and repaired my unit and charged me nothing for the trouble 20 min later another one of his technician showed up to make sure everything was good and I was satisfied . They did a great job on both of our houses. I give friends that ask who does my service the company’s name and phone number.

Outstanding job by these guys, they came out when they said they would, provided a fair price and estimate and delivered on what they said they were going to do. Highly recommend ‼️

Customer service was top notch and tech was very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to get my ac back going asap. Would definitely recommend!

Austin and everyone I spoke with was very helpful and professional.

Excellent people to work with! I dealt with Matt and his guys, wonderful and responsive people. I am a little old school and when i call i like to talk to a person and/or get a call back promptly. They do this every day. Very fair price and easy to work with

Tech was on time addressed the issue

I would not recommend this company. They installed 2 units and one unit went down 3 weeks after we moved in. They scheduled a warranty service and then stated the charges were not covered under warranty. With this being a new install, their work should have been covered even for a drain. The service technician was… Read full review

We use High Caliber for our medical office. They always show up on time, are professional and courteous. Matt and Zach do a great job with keeping all 10 of our units in good working order so patients, staff and providers are cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We would not entrust anyone else but High Caliber.

The technician was quick and explained everything. He even gave me tips on how to help maintain my ac unit.

Matt came out the same day I called , fixed the drainage issue I was having with my AC, and did an awesome job at a great price .

Very nice young man. He was very knowledgeable.

This is a great crew of professionals. I hired them to review HVAC options for my garage and laundry room. Two days after confirming which approach we would take, they showed up with a large team and knocked out the entire installation in one day. Everything has worked perfectly since. Robbie arrived on time and fixed the unit’s problem. We also discussed a future unit replacement and options about windows and other energy efficiency options we were considering.

High Caliber is everything you would want from an HVAC company! When my A/C went out, they operated with urgency, punctuality, excellence, efficiency, and detailed communication from start to finish. One top of all that, their prices have been fantastic for my repairs. Aaron gave my family a great experience! Thank you High Caliber!

Chris was quick to have Aaron look at our unit when it reached 75° at night in our house. Aaron clearly communicated what we would need, how quickly we could fix the issues and helped me understand our warranty and was to save money. Who else tries to save you hundreds in this economy? Regardless of the financial outcome, I will keep using High Caliber!

Overall I’m pleased with the installation and communication with the technician. Josh was great. They were very nice to deal with.

They did a fantastic job. Worked hard to get my heat back running

Josh was great! Very Professional and answered all our questions and concerns. Had our unit fixed fast & we didn't even notice he was here. Thank you!

Extremely nice individuals to work with. Took care of our problem quickly. Came out to property fast and got us heat going. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Chris and his team went above and beyond for our family. We called them out on Thanksgiving day when we woke up to a freezing house. With the age of our unit we knew it was only a bandaid. Three days later it stopped again and the next morning they were there with a new unit. They were all professional, efficient and made our HVAC purchase seamless!

Worked with them twice so far, they are quick, honest and knowledgeable.

Top notch service and professionalism. They responded quickly and went way above to make sure my family and I were taken of.

Josh and his helper(i forgot his name (apologies)) did an excellent job of diagnosing the issue and getting parts ordered. They also fix a small issue that was noticed. Robbie came in and did the repair. He did an excellent job and was very helpful in helping understand some of the questions I asked.
