Matt installed an exterior faucet for me and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. He was so friendly, kind, and efficient. This was my second time using High Caliber Plumbing & Heating and they sent David in 2024, who was equally wonderful. Matt took the time to walk me through some things I could do with my hot water heater to avoid issues down the road. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me some great advice. I can’t say enough about how great these folks are. You will be in good hands with them, I promise!
I’ve worked alongside High Caliber Plumbing & Heating on multiple projects over the years, including new construction, remodels, service calls, and residential installs, and they’ve consistently been one of the most dependable companies we’ve worked with. As another contractor, I pay close attention to workmanship, communication, and how companies treat customers, and these guys do things the right way. I’ve referred them for water leaks, water heater installations, plumbing repairs, and complete plumbing systems, and I’ve always been confident sending customers their direction. Matt and David have been great to work with. They communicate well, care about quality, and genuinely want customers taken care of the right way. That reliability matters a lot on construction projects because delays and poor workmanship can snowball fast, and High Caliber has always been professional and dependable when we’ve worked together. Good people, quality work, and a company I’d have no problem recommending to friends, family, or customers of my own. If you’re in the Billings area and need plumbing or heating work done, they’re absolutely worth calling.

Matt and Ron went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be happier. Very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Super expedient service. We had a pipe burst in the middle of the night and they got us in and our water back on the next day. I highly recommend them for anyone needing service!
