We could not have been happier with our catering company for our wedding! The food was absolutely incredible and so many of our guests were complimenting it all night and telling us how delicious everything was. Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and exceeded our expectations.
The service staff was so kind, attentive, and made the entire experience feel seamless. The bartenders were fantastic and kept the energy up while making sure everyone was taken care of.

We hired HOTH to cater our wedding and we couldn't have been more thrilled with everything. The charcuterie board alone was a masterpiece!!! It was one of the most talked about elements on our big day by our guests. Being from the South, my husband and I wanted to bring some southern cuisine to Southern California and Brett + Amber delivered big time! We served up chicken, pulled pork, mac & cheese, coleslaw, baked beans, cornbread and a salad for dinner. While these foods may feel basic, Amber, Brett and their team really elevated each item. I was salivating from the tasting alone and couldn't wait for everyone to try the food. For cocktail hour we had pimento cheese on crustini and shrimp cocktail alongside the charcuterie board. They also did the drinks and everyone was loving our signature margarita and martini. Everything really came to together and not only that, they're also good people! HIRE THEM. Holiest of molys we did not know what a treat we were in for when HOTH was recommended to us for our March wedding in Los Olivos. We have had multiple guests tell us it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding & it's no exaggeration... Brett and Amber know and LOVE food; which they show both in the selection of local ingredients AND the care they take in cooking. I'm still dreaming about every single thing they served; the homemade labneh! the Santa Maria BBQ! The smokey pinto beans! The BBQ Chicken! even the freaking CARROTS had our mouths watering for weeks. Beyond the food itself, the catering staff was extremely attentive and kind - making us plates to make sure we (the couple) ate at our reception, asking if we needed anything, even helping us clean up the venue afterwards. Start to finish an incredible experience- I wish they had a restaurant, I would eat there every night.
