Right after buying our home, we wanted to install new floors while the house was empty--great in theory, but financially daunting! We gathered estimates from several local companies, but High Point Flooring stood out for three key reasons: Expert On-Site Estimate: Erick, the owner, did the estimate himself. With extensive installation experience, he answered all our questions about prep work and subfloor leveling with an installer's perspective rather than a sales pitch. Flexible & Low-Pressure: We had complete freedom to adjust our budget, materials, and schedule without feeling pushed. Reliable Work: On install day, the whole crew worked efficiently to wrap up the project on schedule.

The staff at High Point Flooring Center were amazing! We are relocating from Michigan to High Point and needed carpet replaced in our new home quickly. They sent me pictures, videos and we had several phone calls. So many options to pick from it was challenging, but their expertise guided me to the perfect choice. We love our new carpet and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing new flooring!

We had such a wonderful experience with High Point Flooring Center! From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable with Sam helping me make decisions. I first went by to look and see what our options were and Sam laid them out clearly with no pressure. I brought my husband by the next day and we were able to schedule an appointment to have her come do measurements and give us a quote. We quickly received our quote which was so reasonable and chose our floor and were updated on delivery and installations times. The installation team was on time and did an amazing job. Communication was top notch throughout the whole process. Overall I would highly recommend High Point Flooring Center! Thanks again to Sam for helping us with our flooring purchase!

Wanted a local contractor and did a couple of estimates with big boxes/names. High point flooring prices were great, they were very friendly, not pushy. Their workers were fantastic and did a wonderful job. Had carpeting replaced in all bedrooms and did hardwood throughout the rest of the house, removing carpeting and tile. We absolutely love it. Would recommend them to anyone.
