I am so excited about our new water system. I am such a clean freak and this water, and their products, make it so much easier, and you use a lot less product. Worth getting. In the long run it will pay off. And the drinking water is so much tastier

I had a water a water softener which I purchased in 2024. After only a year and a half it stopped working. I tried calling the calling the agent who sold it to me but he didn’t reply. When I called the company, they told me to call the agent, but he never answered. In August of this year, 2026, I met with Joseph from RainSoft and purchased from him a whole house water treatment system. It’s been working great and we’re very happy with it. Joseph came back to my house as promised to retest the water, and showed me that my water is now clean. If there’s anyone out there looking for a water system, please learn from my mistake, and go straight to RainSoft!! Their system is a lot better and has a lifetime warranty, so now I have a piece of mind.

Absolutely recommend! The entire experience was informative, educational, and honestly eye-opening. You really don’t realize how much is in San Diego water until you see the results of the testing right in front of you in real time! AJ gave us an incredible experience from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything to us, and truly put our minds at ease. Most importantly, we never felt pressured or pushed into making a decision we weren’t comfortable with. He listened to our needs and helped us choose the right system for our home. We ultimately decided on a larger system because there are five of us in the household and, with all of our dogs, we go through A LOT of water! The pricing was reasonable and expected for an investment in your home and, most importantly, in your health and well-being. And the lifetime warranty included with the system? Say no more! After making our purchase, scheduling the installation was a breeze. Epi came out for the installation and was absolutely incredible. He was extremely helpful, professional, and went above and beyond what we expected. He even made additional adjustments and fixes around the installation area that weren’t part of the original job. That level of care really stood out to us. The system was installed beautifully. The plumbing is clean, well-routed, and organized, and the equipment doesn’t make our home look like an eyesore. You can tell Epi takes pride in his work. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From AJ’s education and professionalism to Epi’s exceptional installation, everyone made this a great experience. I highly recommend them to everyone I come across. Invest in your home, invest in your well-being, and soften up that San Diego water! 5 stars all around!

Reliable and simple system. Great product and very much worth it.

We’re really enjoying our filtered water! It’s clean and tastes so much better. The water feels very soft, and our skin feels great after a shower. It also gives us peace of mind knowing we’re drinking quality water every day. Highly recommend!
