High Standards Abatement did an excellent job on a kitchen leak with water damage in our home. They were prompt & professional. Communication was great regarding what they were doing, progress on the work, & notification when the job was completed. Office staff was friendly, polite & very helpful. Highly recommended.

This company was amazing. Mauricio and Alex did a wonderful job clearing all my spaces of asbestos after a pipe broke in my home. They communicated with me during the entire process and left my house cleaner than they found it. Super impressed with the attention to detail they showed throughout the entire project.

Terrible experience. I will not use this company again. I am a Realtor and referred them to do Mold remediation on one of my listings. We were in escrow with a buyer so time was of the essence. They cut into the wrong area in the bedroom costing my Seller additional money to repair the drywall. When we were scheduled for Mold clearance, they missed multiple areas that were on the initial mold inspection report and clearly noted. This delay costed my Seller an additional 10 days of waiting for them to come back and remediate a second time. This cost my seller 10 days of extra mortgage costs because her condo was vacant and my reputation has been damaged because I referred this company. I called the Owner and stated that he should cover my sellers daily mortgage costs for their mistakes and delays. He refused to agree to it. He only wanted to offer 10% discount which is only a couple hundred dollars, so ridiculous. They finally offered a 20% discount but then just increased the invoice by 20% so there is no discount to my client. This is a shady business, unprofessional and greedy.
To clarify a few important details. Our original scope of work followed the hygienist’s initial protocol, which did not include removing cabinet doors and drawers. When additional damage was discovered behind the refrigerator, we promptly returned to complete the extra work at no additional charge. While we did offer a discount on the final bill, the delays were due to newly discovered damage not listed in the original report. Note that our contract was with the homeowner, not the realtor. We always strive to deliver thorough remediation and clear communication.”Good luck selling homes the way you treated my team on the phone and in person. I've worked with High Standards Abatement on multiple jobs involving contaminated mechanical rooms. One with black mold and water damage, another with asbestos. In both cases they contained and removed the hazard professionally, tested afterward to confirm it was clear, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. As a contractor who depends on safe working conditions, I trust them completely. Highly recommend.
