Easy scheduling, friendly staff, gave us good explanations of what was going on and we ended up needing a smaller repair than originally thought and they did a great job!
Very professional and understanding company I appreciate the assistance I received from beginning to end. Megan and Team was awesome
Total Ridge Cap Replacement: Fully Satisfied. Highland Contractors completed the work in one day. The entire process (bid through implementation) was handled efficiently and professionally. Project definition, quotation and contracting process was efficient. Options were clearly presented with costs detailed. Clear expectations were set regarding when the project would be addressed. The work was completed within the proposed schedule. All interactions with Highland personnel (sales, scheduling, installers) were handled professionally.
Vinny did a nice job, and completed the work quickly.
Chad came onsite to give a quote, was very personable and up front. Made the decision making easy. Michael Clingerman was the site supervisor. There were some delays and rescheduling that occured, those things happen, what doesn't always happen is open communication. I really appreciate Michael being in constant communication. Issues come up, but his communicating and setting expectations is something you don't see a lot of. When the crew started, they worked their tails off and did a great job. I appreciate the work they did! Thank you!
We have used Highland Contractors twice. They did an excellent job repairing and replacing roofing for us 4 years ago. This year, I called them for a window replacement. The process was easy - Chad provided the estimate and Vinnie completed the installation. It was a bit complicated due to siding that had to be removed and re-installed, but Vinnie did a terrific job, and the window looks wonderful from the inside and outside. I find the team at Highland to be friendly and responsive.
Highland Contractors did an awesome job. A special thanks to Mike and Steve on communicating daily on what was taking place and when they would be done. The new roof looks awesome. I would highly recommend Highland for your roofing needs.
Jeff and his crew did a fantastic job. Couldn’t be happier with the work they did.

This summer I discovered that House Sparrows had pecked a whole in the sub-facia of my roof and were nesting under the rafters. Highland contractors came to the rescue, even though this was a small job! Vinney came out, scaled the roof, 3 stories up and fixed the hole....good as new. Highland is a great company with skilled, responsive staff like Vinney. I rate them 5 stars.
