Google reviewers rate Highland Landscape Supply 4.7 out of 5 based on 120 reviews, frequently highlighting competitive pricing, knowledgeable staff, and efficient same-day delivery of bulk materials like soil and mulch. Customers often note that delivery drivers accommodate specific site constraints and communicate effectively during the drop-off process. However, several low-star reviews describe instances where deliveries arrived without prior confirmation or were placed in incorrect locations, resulting in extra work for the customer and a lack of resolution from the company.

I needed soil. I checked with several companies and highland had the best price. It was easy to order and delivery came quickly. We were so happy we ordered gravel from them as well ~ twice!

We’ve been doing business with Highland Landscape Supply and their sister location, Green Builder Supply, for nearly 10 years now. Throughout that time, we’ve had the pleasure of working with their office staff, owners, and employees, and we can’t say enough good things about the people who make these businesses what they are. They’re great people who genuinely care about their customers/vendors and have played a big part in helping our company grow to where we are today. We couldn’t be happier with the service, relationships, and support they’ve provided over the years. We truly appreciate everything they do for us and look forward to continuing to grow together for many years to come!
I ordered 5 yards of wood chips delivered, and it was a great and smooth experience! Easy to schedule online, they called to confirm address and notes, and he delivered it perfectly, splitting the dump between the back and front of my driveway so I wouldn't have to wheel as far. Definitely recommend.
Thank you so much for the kind review! We're glad to hear the ordering and delivery process was smooth and easy. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to work with you again in the future!
I work for one of the top remodeling contractors in NEO; CLE Remodeling . This is our favorite landscape supply place for the east side. Delivery drivers and their smaller specialized trucks are able to get our landscape supplies into spots that save us hours of work.
Thank you for the great review and for trusting us with your landscape supply needs! We appreciate your support and look forward to continuing to work with you!

We ordered a boatload of top soil and mulch a couple of weeks ago from Highland Landscape Supply (HLS) on Willson Mills Rd.(Highland Hts.), and these folks absolutely delivered, lit. and fig. The products are top-notch, the staff are super polite and very accomodating (even when we kept fussing with the delivery schedule), and Mr. Mike handled the drop-off like a true pro., placing everything meticulously where it needed to go. If you want great landscaping materials and an easy, stress-free, friendly experience, this is da crew you want to deal with. Thank you, HLS! Oh, did I mention that they have the cutest dog in the store ;-) * * * * * *
Thank you for the wonderful review! We're glad you were happy with our products and service. We look forward to helping you again soon! Thanks again for choosing Highland Landscape Supply!
